Radar Loop Crashes App

Radar loop crashes app every time using iPad 2. With a tornado warning we were expecting to get uptodate information on the storm progress nearby but the app was useless due to crashing everytime! Big thumbs down if you cannot rely on it functioning correctly when you need it! "Myradar" app worked perfectly so we use that app for radar. Only use Weatherbug for lightning.
Please fix! What was the stability enhancements? I dont see any improvements!
